Jordan Klepper is back with a new “Fingers the Pulse” special entitled “Rally Together,” which debuts on Comedy Central at 11:30 p.m. Et on Monday, Oct. 28. Klepper will return to Trump rallies across the United States, this time taking some of his close friends with him.
